Mr. Mallory represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals on public and private construction projects. The emphasis of his practice is in construction litigation, where he can assist with a diverse array of matters involving construction claims, defective work, delay claims, constructive acceleration claims, stop payment notices, mechanics' liens, performance bonds, payment bonds, and other matters relating to construction and real estate.
Mr. Mallory practices in the areas of real estate and construction litigation.
Mr. Mallory received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis. Mr. Mallory obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
